MAVERICKS

One of the most famous surf contests went off today, MAVERICKS.  Taking place in Half Moon Bay near San Francisco, this is a big wave contest and is not for the faint at heart.  Waves are in the 30 footer range and there are sharks and rocks to worry about too!  This year a South African by the name of Chris Bertish won.
