"Difficult takes a day, impossible takes a week"

Genetics does play a factor in success, but not always in the way people think.  It's not that we're born with the talent to pedal a bike or kick a ball, it's the non-cognitive skills like grit and determination that allow us to excel.  These things are ingrained in us but also developed through our upbringing.  It takes a decade of deliberate practice to become great!
