Dinner...

Seared Ahi Tuna on Spring Mix with Broccoli and Avacado
 

Wicked dinner and wayyyyy easy to make.  Plus, the Tuna was under $5 at our local Trader Joes.  
I used this for inspiration, Cooking with Trader Joes, with some modifications.  I used my new fav, Coconut Oil to sear the Tuna, instead of Olive Oil.  I also subbed in the salad instead of the pasta.  Awe-some!!!!!!!
