Located on the west side of the Channel Island Harbor, encompassing one linear mile, Hollywood Beach offers a pristine recreation area as well as a great vantage point to view the Channel Islands, extensive wildlife and vegetation. This is our neighbour to the north. Average home values range from $395,000 to $4,500,000. Peter and I have found some fixer-uppers in this neighbourhood nestled amongst the primarily modern beach houses.
