Holly, Warren and I hit up the local In n Out burger spot a few days ago. Apparently it's a big deal and the American (Warren) was hyped! Interesting place for sure. The menu is simple: Burger, Cheese Burger, Fries. No freezers, everything is fresh that day. You can watch them cut the potato and through them into the fryer for 4min. No heat lamps! I had a wicked old school milkshake and a double cheeseburger.
